What does a typical Tuesday look like?

Classes run from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM with three class periods, lunch together, and Club Hour. Parents help in various roles while kids attend age-appropriate classes led by paid teachers.

What grades do you serve?

We offer classes for K4 through 12th grade, organized into five groups: K4-K5, Early Elementary (1st-2nd), Late Elementary (3rd-5th), Middle School (6th-8th), and High School (9th-12th).

Is Anchor a drop-off program?

Children ages 6 and up may be dropped off. Parents of children under 6 must stay on-site, and all parents are welcome to stay. Many parents help with co-op operations during the day.

Start by submitting our interest form. We will invite you to visit on a Tuesday morning, meet families, and see classes in action. If it feels like a good fit, you will complete a full application.

How much does it cost?

Classes are individually priced by each teacher, with most falling in the range of $85 to $115 for each class per student per semester, plus a small co-op registration fee. Exact pricing for each class is confirmed during enrollment and may vary. For materials heavy classes like art or science, there may be an additional materials fee.

We offer teacher-led classes throughout the day, but one hour is reserved for parent-led clubs. This is a chance for parents to share something they love with the kids, and it gives families another way to be part of the community.

Common Questions
